If you’ve been following us since the beginning, you’ve seen the evolution – fine dining, casual menus, private events, community nights. If you’re just finding us now, welcome. Either way, I’m glad you’re here.
We’ve tried a lot.
Some of it worked. Some of it didn’t. But through all the pivots, one thing never changed:
Our goal has always been to figure out what people really want – and deliver it with heart.
When I started this company, I was 19. I think a lot of people got to watch me grow up – some cheered me on, some had questions, some made assumptions. And through all of it, I kept building. And now, I can finally say:
We 100% own the space.
We’ve created our own brand.
And it finally feels like us.
Eria is the last four letters of my last name – and the starting point of this next chapter.
It’s rooted in community. It’s driven by creativity. It’s about food I’d actually serve to my family – and yours.
We’ve closed our nightly dinner service, not because we’re slowing down, but because we’re shifting. Our space is now dedicated to events – your weddings, your birthdays, your moments that matter. And during the day, we’ve launched a café that’s become a hub for locals, friends, coworkers, and longtime supporters.
I get asked all the time about our wholesale company. After college, I bought Judy’s Breadsticks. We turned it around – made it profitable, joyful, alive again. And since then, we’ve done it three more times. I realized I’m kind of obsessed with taking something that’s struggling and turning it into something beautiful.
Some people rescue dogs. I rescue food businesses.
There’s so much noise in the food world. Recalls, sketchy ingredients, health claims that don’t mean anything. So we’re building something better. Brands that are good for you. Products you don’t have to second guess. Stuff I’d put my name on – because I do.
And that’s the mission.
To create food that matters.
To build trust in a world that desperately needs more of it.
And to keep doing business in a way that feels right – heart-led, math-backed, people-first.
So this is Eria.
A place for community, for creativity, for celebrations.
A place that’s growing into something bigger – but never losing its soul.
We’re just getting started, and I’m really glad you’re here.
